About the show
Marianne Selwyn presents drawings of the modest objects through which a household keeps its history: keys, miniatures, calling cards, gloves, and folded notes.
Each is observed with a patient, almost novelistic attention. The objects remain ordinary, yet their associations gather from sheet to sheet.
The result is a small archive of traces and attachments.
